Boudoir, Nude & Erotic Photography Workshops
Whether you want to improve your lighting, become more confident directing and posing models, build your portfolio or explore a side of photography you have not worked in before, the day is built around what you want to learn.
These are private, hands on photography workshops in my Johannesburg studio, working with a model and real sets rather than simply talking about technique.
No large classes. No predetermined syllabus. Just practical, one to one tuition shaped around your photography.
What Would You Like to Learn?
There is no fixed programme because photographers rarely arrive wanting exactly the same thing.
You may want to understand studio lighting properly, improve the way you pose and direct a model, explore nude or erotic photography for the first time, or simply spend a day shooting with guidance when you need it.
Before the workshop, we discuss what you want to achieve and build the day around that.
A Workshop Built Around You
This is not a fixed course with a timetable you have to follow. Before the workshop, we discuss where you are with your photography, what you would like to improve and what you want to spend the day shooting.
From there, I structure the workshop around you.
You Don’t Need to Be a Boudoir Photographer
You may already be a professional photographer wanting to add boudoir, nude or erotic photography to your work, or an enthusiastic photographer wanting to explore these genres properly for the first time.
You do not need previous experience photographing boudoir or nude models. You should, however, be comfortable using your camera in manual mode so that we can spend the day creating images rather than learning basic camera operation.
Because the workshop is private, we work at your level and your pace. If you already have experience, we can move quickly into more advanced lighting, posing and creative techniques.

Come with questions, ideas or images you want to create. We’ll build the day from there.
My Photoshop Workflow
This is not a course on every tool, menu and function in Photoshop. It is a practical, one to one session showing you how I actually edit my photographs, from the original RAW file through to the finished image.
Bring some of your own photographs and we will work through them together, following my workflow and looking at the decisions I make along the way.
Not Sure Which Session Is Right for You?
You do not need to decide before getting in touch. Tell me where you are with your photography, what you would like to improve and what you would like to be shooting or creating. I’ll tell you honestly which session I think would be most useful to you.
